FAQ

  • What makes your program different from a regular fitness class?

I specialize in women’s health, core strength, and pelvic floor training. Every workout is designed with safe, functional, and mindful movement that supports pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and long-term women’s health

  • Can I join if I’m not pregnant or postpartum?

Yes! While I specialize in pregnancy and postpartum, my programs are for all women who want to strengthen their core, improve mobility, and train safely.

  • I just had a baby—when can I start?

Every body is unique. Once you’ve had clearance from your healthcare provider (usually around 6–8 weeks postpartum, or longer after a C-section), you can begin. I’ll meet you exactly where you are in your recovery.

  • Is this program safe during pregnancy?

Yes. My prenatal workouts are adapted to your trimester and energy levels. We focus on maintaining strength, preventing discomfort, and preparing your body for labor, delivery, and recovery.

  • Do I need to have fitness experience?

Not at all. My programs are beginner-friendly and tailored to your goals, whether you’re new to exercise or already active.

  • What areas of the body do you focus on?

We emphasize the core, pelvic floor, hips, glutes, and posture, while also strengthening the whole body. These areas are key for women’s long-term health, confidence, and daily movement.

  • Do you offer one-on-one sessions or just group classes?

I offer both! You can join group programs for community and motivation, or book private coaching sessions for individualized support.

  • What if I have diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues?

I am trained to work with women experiencing core and pelvic floor conditions. I’ll give you safe modifications and targeted exercises to help restore function.
